Who we are
This documentation portal (“Service”) is operated by Important Looking Pirates AB (“ILP”). It provides internal and partner-facing project documentation.
What data we collect
When you sign in via Google Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP), the Service receives:
- Your Google account email address
- Standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user-agent, timestamps)
We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any data beyond what is listed above.
How we use your data
- Access control – your email determines which documentation sections you may view.
- Logging & security – request logs are retained for operational monitoring and security incident investigation.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform; Google acts as a data processor under its Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
Data retention
Access logs are retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.
